Turnkey manufacturing and projects
In the field of construction, a "turnkey" project means that the entrepreneur (in this case Baldantoni Group), who is a contractor, is responsible for completing the work in such a way that it is ready for use or its exercise.
We functionally and aesthetically represent projects through 3D rendering and CAD technical drawings for companies and customers. We create graphic representations in photoshop of the settings of the works. Our books show the design works with fabrics, materials and finishes attached.
Realization of projects followed step by step by professionals
We study the materials from our trusted suppliers so that they find the specific use within the project, we evaluate the technical data sheets and the potential of the systems. We carry out projects for the distribution of systems and home automation.
Baldantoni Group deals with specifications and graphic assistance during estimates. We take care of the specific architectural and construction graphic aspect of the project, furthermore, we make elevations and sections of the work to be carried out.
We offer direct support in every single project, both directly in the laboratory to companies and to craftsmen. We guarantee assistance to companies in charge of carrying out the work, checking supplies, their transport and customs clearance.
Presentation of the Project
First of all, we aim to understand our client's wishes well, interpret them, make them our own. We must identify with his lifestyle, his culture: in short, we must speak his own "language". This is the only way to be able to present a project that is rightly targeted. We must therefore explain ourselves well, our interlocutor must understand what we are proposing to him. The first pencil sketches fix on paper the ideas that the designer has discussed and compared with the client. The general project establishes the fixed, strategic points to continue on the right path. Visuals: interior architecture has its great representation in simulations in photorealistic renderings, ideas take shape down to the smallest detail, we can see what will be achieved with the greatest possible approximation. Faithful previews, which will become the photograph of the finished work. The executive project: the approval of the preliminary project sets our Executivists in motion. The worktop goes down to the details of each frame, each inlay, each seam, each brushstroke.
The works management:
the drawings are transformed into reality, first the preparation in the laboratory, then the work on site, where the same experts will personally follow the installation in a workmanlike manner.
