About a year after the opening of our first Studio Baldantoni Design & Decoespai Agency (C / Angel Guimerà 20 - Pineda de Mar - Barcelona), in support of our Italian design offices, the new (Italian) Agency has finally opened its doors to public!! Studio Baldantoni Design & Valais Building (Lungomare Marconi 116 / A - Alba Adriatica - TE). The inauguration took place on Saturday 07 June 2014 afternoon, in the presence of the local authorities and many friends and collaborators.

Our goal is to make known the Italian territory, starting from Abruzzo, to our Russian customers and collaborators, with the aim of bringing tourists and new business opportunities to this land, as we did for the Costa Brava and Catalonia in Espana, all using a new driving concept, our work, "the design of architecture", on which to convey all the professionalism and connect our organization.
We propose ourselves not as sellers, but as professionals at the service of foreign real estate and Russian customers who are interested in the construction or renovation of villas and apartments tailored for them: not surprisingly, one of the prerogatives we have set ourselves, is to make known the territory with a well-designed program for customers, offering our excellences that honor Made in Italy: territory, food and wine, culture, art and design. A new formula that we think will give us great satisfaction, proposing it within an engine already active and known for some time in Russia, with the brand "Studio Baldantoni Design". This activity has now developed with about 10 agencies in the cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg and Novosibirsk, ensuring a place of reliability among the excellences of the real estate and design sector in Russia. We thank the President of Edilizia Vallese, Mr. Giuliano Vallese, for this success, who, as an attentive Entrepreneur, was able to seize this opportunity and trust our goal.
